紫黄凝胶中紫草提取工艺的研究Shikonin's Extraction Technology Research in Zihuang Gel

摘要(Abstract)：
目的筛选紫黄凝胶的最佳提取工艺。方法通过前期对提取方法的考察和单提合提的比较,确定了紫黄凝胶中紫草应采用渗漉法进行单提,在本研究中通过单因素实验,考察了溶媒浓度、溶媒用量、渗漉速度对紫草提取工艺的影响,试验中以左旋紫草素及干膏收率为指标,最终筛选出紫黄凝胶中紫草的最佳提取工艺。结果紫草的最佳提取工艺为用80%乙醇进行渗漉,渗漉速度为2 ml/min,收集10倍量渗漉液。结论验证实验表明,筛选的紫草最佳提取工艺稳定、可行,可以作为紫黄凝胶中紫草的提取工艺。
Objective To screen the best extraction method of Zihuang gel.Methods The Shikonin in Zihuang gel was extracted by percolation method,after preliminary study on the extraction method and comparison of the combined and single extraction method.in this study,impact of the concentration and amount of the solvent,percolation flow rate on the extraction method was tested.The yield rate of L-paste Shikonin and dry ointment were used as index to select the best extraction process.Results The optimum extraction method of shikonin was as follow: 80% ethanol was used for percolation,percolation flow rate was 2 ml/min,10 times the volume of percolation fluid was collected.Conclusion The selected optimum Shikonin extraction method is stable and feasible,and can be used as extraction process of Shikonin Zihuang gel.
