绩效考核机制在医院药学部门中的应用效果

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨绩效考核制度应用于医院药事管理中的效果。方法自2012年其对本院药事管理进行改革,引进绩效考核制度,并对其应用效果进行评价。结果 2012~2015年本院药学部门工作人员缺勤率、处方合格率、患者以及临床用药人员对药学人员的工作满意度呈现逐年递增趋势,药物不良反应发生率、用药差错率、药品收入所占比例以及抗菌药品收入所占比例则逐年下降,且2015年整体水平较2012年比较,P<0.05。结论将绩效考核制度运用于药事管理中,有效提高各药事部门工作人员的工作积极性,改善工作环境并提高工作效率,促进医院合理用药以及正常运行,对医院长远发展有极大好处,因此应进一步推广运用。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of performance evaluation mechanism in hospital pharmaceutical affairs management. METHODS Pharmaceutical affairs management reform was implemented since 2012 in a hospital to introduce performance evaluation mechanism and evaluate its application effect. RESULTS From 2012 to 2015,late arrival and early leave rate,prescription qualified rate,and satisfaction from clinical application pharmacy personnel and patients showed a trend of increasing year by year; adverse drug reaction rate,medication error rate,the proportion of drug income and proportion of antibacterial drug dropped year by year. What's more,the overall level of 2015 was better than 2012,with P < 0.05. CONCLUSION Application of performance evaluation mechanism to pharmaceutical affairs management can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of staff in pharmaceutical affairs department,improve the working environment and work efficiency,promote the rational drug application and the normal operation of the hospital,with great benefits for the long-term development,which is worth further promotion.
