阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松的临床观察

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格胶囊治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验设计,对46例糖皮质激素性骨质疏松患者分组,治疗组(n=23)使用阿仑磷酸钠片联合金天格胶囊,同时服用碳酸钙;对照组(n=23)给予骨化三醇和碳酸钙,连续治疗6个月,记录2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、骨密度变化及碱性磷酸酶等数据。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P>0.05),治疗组患者的骨密度值增加明显(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶下降显著(P<0.000 1)。结论阿仑磷酸钠联合金天格治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松的效果较好,能够有效改善临床症状,明显增加骨密度,安全性好,但长期疗效有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of alendronate combined with Jintiange capsules in treatment of patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. METHODS Forty-six glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. During 6 month's therapy,patients of the treatment group( n = 23) taken alendronate tablets,Jintiange capsules and calcium carbonate,while patients of the control group( n = 23) taken calcitriol and calcium carbonate. The clinical effects,bone mineral density and alkaline phosphatase were compared before and after the treatment. RESULTS After 6 month,compared with the control group,the clinical effects of patients in the treatment group was higher( P > 0. 05),the bone mineral density and alkaline phosphatase were remarkable increased and decreased,respectively( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Alendronate combined with Jintiange capsules can effectively improve bone mineral density and relieve clinical symptoms,and it had good security in patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,but it still requires further clinical study.
