摘要(Abstract)：

目的　采用反相高效液相色谱法测定清雪口服液中葛根素的含量。方法　以甲醇 水 (2 0 ∶80 )为流动相 ,LichrospherR10 0(4.6mm× 2 50mm ,5μm)为固定相 ,流速 1.0ml/min ,检测波长 2 50nm。 结果　葛根素在 66.0 8～ 3 3 0 .40ng间有良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 97.45% ,RSD为 1.91% (n =6)。结论　方法简单、灵敏度高 ,可用于清雪口服液中葛根素的含量测定
Objective To develop RP-HPLC method for the assay of puerarin in Qingxue Oral Liquid. Methods Separation was performed on a Lichrospher R100(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase consist of methanol-water(20∶8 0). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection was set at 250 nm. Results Puerarin had a good linear in the range of 66.08～330.4 0 ng. The average recovery of puerarin was 97.45% with RSD 1.91%. Conclusion The method was simple,sensitive and rapid and it can be applied to the content determination of Qingxue Oral Liquid.
