摘要(Abstract)：

目的总结医院中药零库存信息化管理经验,为医院改变传统的中药库房管理模式提供新思路。方法根据某院中药零库存实施情况,探讨现阶段中医院推行中药零库存信息化管理的可行性及中药零库存管理存在的问题。结果在医药公司配送机制完善的情况下,中医院实现中药零库存信息化管理,工作效率明显提高。结论中医院实施中药零库存信息化管理是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the experience of zero inventory information management of traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital,and to provide the new ideas for the hospital to change the traditional management mode of Chinese medicine warehouse.METHODS According to the implementation of zero inventory of Chinese medicine in our hospital,the feasibility of carrying out the information management of traditional Chinese medicine and the problems existing in the zero inventory management of traditional Chinese medicine were studied. RESULTS If the pharmaceutical companies with perfect distribution mechanism,the traditional Chinese medicine hospital could realize the zero inventory information management of traditional Chinese medicine,and the efficiency of work was improving significantly. CONCLUSION It is feasible to implement the zero inventory information management in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.
