摘要(Abstract):
Objective To investigate the application of fluoroquinolones in our hospital. Methods The data of the quantity of fluoroquinolone antibiotics consumption, the cost amount of consumption, the frequency of consumption (DDDs), and the daily average cost (DDDc) in our hospital during 2006~2007 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2006 to 2007 the top 3 ranked by the frequency of drug consumption are sparfloxacin tablets, lomefloxacin tablets, and ciprofloxacin injections; and by the amount and composition of drugs consumption, ciprofloxacin injections were ranked first, followed by gatifloxacin injections. Conclusion Over the past 2 years, the application of fluoroquinolones in our hospital has not changed significantly. With the fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug resistance problem becoming increasingly serious, the clinical management of fluoroquinolone antibiotics should be strengthened, and the rational clinical application should be promoted to reduce the emergence of drug resistance.
