摘要(Abstract)：

目的优选银柏肛舒外洗颗粒剂的最佳水提取工艺。方法以方中主要药效成分盐酸小檗碱和绿原酸的提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验方法,优选水提工艺。结果加8倍量水,提取3次,每次2 h为银柏肛舒外洗颗粒的最佳水提工艺。结论该方法可行且为最佳水提工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the best water extraction process of Yinbai Gangshu washout granules. METHODS With the extraction yield of the main efficacy components berberine hydrochloride and chlorogenic acid as the index,orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the water extraction process. RESULTS The best water extraction process of Yinbai Gangshu washout granules was adding 8 times the amount of water,extracting 3 times and 2 h each time. CONCLUSION This method is feasible and the best extraction process.
