摘要(Abstract)：

目的优选藿胆分散片的成型工艺条件。方法采用单因素筛选和正交设计实验优选各辅料的用量。结果确定了处方组成为24%广藿香油β-环糊精包合物和猪胆粉,27%磷酸氢钙,18%微晶纤维素为填充剂和崩解剂,20%交联聚维酮和10%羧甲基淀粉钠为联合崩解剂,0.8%硬脂酸镁为润滑剂,0.2%三氯蔗糖为矫味剂,3%聚维酮溶液为黏合剂,压片和崩解时限和分散均匀性符合药典要求。结论所选处方合理,崩解快,分散均匀性良好。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the formulation of Huodan dispersible tablets. METHODS All kinds of material of Huodan dispersible tablets were optimized with single factor screening and orthogonal test design.RESULTS The optimal formulation consisted of 24% of porcine gall powder and patchouli oil included with β-cyclodextrin,27% of calcium hydrogen phosphate,18% of MCC,20% of PVPP and 10% of CMS-Na,0. 8% of magnesium stearate,0. 2% of sucralose,3% of PVP,the disintegration and dispersible uniformity of tablet was coincidence with requirements of Chinese Pharmacopiea. CONCLUSION The optimized formulation is rational and disintegrates rapidly,the dispersible uniformity is well.
