摘要(Abstract)：
目的建立RP-HPLC同时测定人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量。方法Thermo HYPERSIL ODS柱,乙腈-水梯度洗脱(0~12 m in,乙腈19%;12~50 m in,乙腈19%→40%),流速:1.0 m l.m in-1;检测波长:203 nm。结果进样量分别在0.75~15.0μg、0.75~15.0μg、0.15~3.0μg范围内线性关系良好:平均加样回收率分别为99.30%、99.41%、98.82%,RSD分别为0.73%、0.68%、0.77%。结论本方法简单易行,定量准确,重复性好,可用于脑得生分散片的含量测定。
Objective To establish a determination method the ginsenoside Rb_1,Rg_1 and saponins from panax peseudoginseng R_1 in Naodesheng dispersible tablet by RP-HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on Thermo HYPERSIL ODS column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(gradient elution) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min~(-1),the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.Results Naodesheng dispersible tablet had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.75~15.0 μg、0.15~3.0 μg,respectively,the mean recovery rates were 99.30%,99.41%,98.82% with RSD 0.73%,0.68%,0.77%,respectively.Conclusion This method is easy to handle,accurate,reproducible,and it can be used for quality control of Naodesheng dispersible tablet.
