摘要(Abstract):

目的建立以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时对血府逐瘀汤中羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷和柚皮苷等3种主要成分进行含量测定的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-乙腈(26∶2)-0.7%磷酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为403、283、230nm;流速为1ml/min。结果3种成分分离效果良好,羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷、柚皮苷加样回收率分别为101.1%(相对标准偏差值RSD=2.1%)、99.9%(RSD=1.1%)、102.1%(RSD=1.3%)。结论本法简单、快捷,适用于测定血府逐瘀汤中羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷和柚皮苷的含量。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of hydroxy safflower yillow A,paeoniforin,and aringin in the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using a linear gradient elution with methanol-acetonitrile(26∶2)-0.7% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.00 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230,283,and 403 nm. Result Hydroxy safflower yellow A,paeoniflorin and naringin were well separated and the average recovery was 101.1% (RSD=2.1%),99.9% (RSD=1.1%),and 102.1% (RSD=1.3%),respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and suitable for the determination of 3 main components in the decoction for removing blood stasis in the chest.
