五维甘草那敏胶囊中泛酸钙、维生素B_2含量测定方法改进

摘要(Abstract):

目的利用高效液相色谱法同时测定五维甘草那敏胶囊中泛酸钙、维生素B_2的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(28∶72);进样量:10μL;柱温为30℃;流速:1.0 m L·min~(-1);检测波长为210 nm。结果泛酸钙、维生素B_2分别在40.76~815.2,10.56~211.2μg·m L~(-1)范围内线性关系良好。回归方程分别为:Y_1=3.3×10~3X+1.4×10~4(r=0.999 5,n=6),Y_2=1.9×10~4X-1.9×10~3(r=0.999 4,n=6);平均回收率分别为98.82%(RSD=0.76%)、98.54%(RSD=0.98%)。精密度分别为0.63%、0.88%(n=6)。结论该方法经方法学验证,可用于五维甘草那敏胶囊中泛酸钙、维生素B_2的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of simultaneous determination for calcium pantothenate and vitamin B_2in pentavitamin,licorice and chlorphenamine maleate capsules by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase of methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid solution(28∶72) was performed.,The injection volume was 10 u L.The column temperature was set at 30℃.The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS Calcium pantothenate and vitamin B_2had a good linear relationship in the range of 40.76-815.2 and 10.56-211.2μg·m L~(-1),respectively.The regression equations were Y_1=3.3×10~3X+1.4×10~4(r=0.999 5,n=6),Y_2=1.9×10~4X-1.9×10~3(r=0.999 4,n=6).The average recovery rates were 98.82%(RSD=0.76%),98.54%(RSD=0.98%).The precision were 0.63%and0.88%,respectively (n=6).CONCLUSION The method is validated by methodologies and can be used for the content determination of calcium pantothenate and vitamin B_2in pentavitamin,licorice and chlorphenamine maleate capsules.
