护理人员对老年人安全用药知识掌握情况的调查分析Survey on Nurses' Knowledge of Drug Safety in Elderly

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨护理人员对老年人安全用药知识的掌握情况,为提高护理人员的老年人用药监护能力提供依据。方法根据2012版Beers标准设计调查问卷,对广州市某三甲综合医院和某二甲老年病医院共85名护理人员进行问卷调查,并采用SPSS 21.0对结果进行统计分析。结果 85名护理人员平均得分为(11±3.7)分(满分20分),其中47人得分"不及格",占55.3%。二甲医院老年科得分高于三甲医院老年科(P<0.05)。不同职称、不同工作年限、三甲医院老年科与非老年科之间得分均无统计学差异。结论护理人员对老年人用药安全知识的掌握不够理想,建议对老年科护理人员加强相关培训,利用Beers标准等制作"安全用药卡片",提高老年科护理人员的用药监护能力,促进老年人安全合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the nurses' knowledge of drug safety in the elderly patients,and provide research data for strengthening nurses' supervision on drug application. METHODS A total of 85 nurses from a top three hospital and a second level elderly hospital were investigated with a questionnaire designed according to the 2012 Beers criteria. SPSS 21. 0 was used to analyze the data. RESULTS The average score of all the nurses was( 11 ± 3. 7). 47 nurses were in"unqualified"level in this study,which was accounted for 55. 3% of all cases included. The score of the nurses in geriatric department of elderly hospital of level 2 was higher than that in geriatric department of the first-class hospital at grade 3( P < 0. 05). No significant differences were observed on the knowledge of drug safety in the elderly among groups of different professional titles and different working time. No significant differences were observed between geriatric department and non- geriatric department of the first-class hospital at grade 3. CONCLUSION The nurses' knowledge about drug safety in the elderly needs to be improved. Various kinds of relevant continuing education should be strengthened and the use of "safe medication card"refer to Beers criteria may develop nurses' supervision on drug use.
