摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :建立复方非洛地平缓释片的溶出度测定方法 ,以控制该缓释片的质量。方法 :采用 1%月桂醇硫酸钠溶液为溶出介质 ,以紫外分光光度法在 364nm波长处测定其溶出度。结果 :方法回收率为 10 0 .3± 1. 60 % ,3个批号样品在 2 4h时溶出均较完全。结论 :检测方法简便、快速
Objective:To control the quality of the compound felodipine retard tablets,we established the dissolution method of the tablets.Methods:The method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used with 365nm as the detection wavelength,and the solvent was 1% sodium lauryl sulfate solution.Results:The recovery rate was 100.3±1.60% and the dissolution of the samples was complete at 24 hours. Conclusion:The detection method of the compound felodipine retard tablets is convenient,rapid and accurate.
