某院住院患者美罗培南使用情况分析

摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解本院抗菌药物美罗培南的使用情况,促进该药的合理应用,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法随机抽取本院2014年住院患者中使用美罗培南的病历,参考有关应用指南,建立评价依据,对美罗培南的合理用药进行分析与评价。结果102例使用美罗培南病例涉及6个临床科室,其中儿科52例、神经外科30例,重症医学科(ICU)16例;首次使用前细菌培养送检率为89.22%;临床治疗有效率为84.31%;在药物选择不当或起点高、用法用量不当、长期用药未监测肝肾功能、药物间有相互作用方面存在不合理现象。结论本院美罗培南的使用仍存在不合理之处,临床药师应加强此类药物点评和监测,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the usage status of meropenem in the hospital,and provide reference for the clinical rational application of the drug. METHODS Hospitalized patients with the used meropenem were randomly sampled in the hospital in2014. The rational use of meropenem was analyzed and evaluated according to relevant standards.RESULTS A total of 102 cases in 6clinical departments used meropenem including pediatric( 52 cases),neurosurgery( 30 cases) and intensive care unit( 16 cases),the bacterial culture rate was 89.22% before using meropenem,and clinical effective rate was 84.31%. Irrational phenomenon still existed in drug selection,dosage of the medicine,the examination of liver and renal function in the process of long-term medication and the interaction between different drugs. CONCLUSION Irrational use of meropenem still existed in the hospital,and comments by the clinical pharmacists should be strengthened.
