摘要(Abstract)：

目的研究速效止咳糖浆的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀以及对大鼠足跖角叉菜胶致肿的方法,观察速效止咳糖浆抗炎作用。结果速效止咳糖浆对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀以及大鼠足跖角叉菜胶肿胀均显示较明显的抗炎作用。小鼠口服DL50>200 g(生药)/kg。结论速效止咳糖浆具有抗炎作用,且毒性较小。
Objective Study the Anti-inflammatory effects of SuXiao ZhiKe TangJiang.Method Making use of Xylene to tumefy the auricle of the mouse and carrageenin to tumefy the matatarsus of rat.Observe the anti-inflammatory effects of SuXiao ZhiKe TangJiang.And found that the SuXiao ZhiKe TangJiang performed very well in anti-inflammatory when the experiments listed above processed.Mouse took medicine(DL50>200 g(crude medicine)/kg.Conclusion SuXiao ZhiKe TangJiang had an effect on anti AbstractPurpose: Study the Anti-inflammatory with low toxicity
