摘要(Abstract)：
目的 筛选氧氟沙星片最佳处方和制备工艺。方法 采用正交试验法考察羧甲基淀粉钠 (CMS Na)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的用量和制片压力对氧氟沙星片的质量影响。结果 制备的氧氟沙星片各项指标符合规定 ,5min溶出度 >80 %。结论 本法处方合理 ,工艺简单 ,适用于工业化生产
Objective To obtain the optimum prescription and preparing techniques of ofloxacin oflox tablets. Methods The effects of the amount of CMS-Na?SDS,and the compaction pressure on the quality of ofloxacin oflox tablets were studied with orthogond test. Result The ofloxacin oflox tablets prepared could meet all the requirements,with the dissolution of >80% at 5min. Conclusion The prescription and preparing techniques obtained could be applied in industrial production.
