摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立补肾强筋胶囊中淫羊藿苷的定性定量分析方法。方法采用TLC鉴别淫羊藿苷,HPLC法测定其含量。色谱条件:岛津VP-ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为270nm。结果 TLC的斑点清晰;HPLC中淫羊藿苷在4.088¹22.64μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.46%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论所建标准可用于补肾强筋胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the qualitative and quantitative determination methods of icariin in Bushen Qiangjin capsules. METHODS TLC and HPLC were used to determine icariin. The ODS column was used as the analytical column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water( 28 ∶72) with the flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min,the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm,and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS The spots of TLC were clear. The linear range of icariin was from 4.088 to 122.64 μg / m L.The average recovery was 98.64%,RSD was 1. 3%( n = 6). CONCLUSION The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Bushen Qiangjin capsules.
