摘要(Abstract):
目的建立快速分析50%硫酸镁溶液沉淀物中金属元素杂质的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICPOES),同时检测硫酸镁溶液沉淀中各种金属元素杂质的成分与含量。结果 ICP-OES法检测硫酸镁溶液沉淀物中Fe、Al、Ca、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ba、K、Na等金属元素均具有良好的灵敏度、精密度及准确度,重复性良好。结论该方法可准确、快捷检测硫酸镁溶液中的各种金属元素杂质,是检验硫酸镁制剂质量水平的有效手段。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid analysis for detecting metal elements in precipitation of 50% magnesium sulfate solution. METHODS The metal elements of 50% magnesium sulfate precipitation such as Fe,Al,Ca,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ba,K,Na were determined by ICP-OES under set up working conditions. RESULTS ICP-OES could determined Fe,Al,Ca,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ba,K,Na with fine sensitivity,precision,accuracy and repeatability in magnesium sulfate precipitation. CONCLUSION This method can be used to detect various metal impurities in magnesium sulfate solution accurately and rapidly. It is an effective method to inspect the quality of magnesium sulfate.
