摘要(Abstract)：

目的　为研制开发更好的外用抗感染制剂提供科学的参考依据。方法　检测了 6种 186株常见临床感染菌对左氟沙星、氯霉素、红霉素的敏感性。结果　左氟沙星、氯霉素、红霉素对 6种临床分离细菌MIC范围为 0 .0 6 2 5～ 8.0 μg/ml,0 .12 5～ 12 8μg/ml,0 .12 5～ 2 5 6 μg/ml;MIC50 为 0 .5 2 μg/ml,2 6 μg/ml,98μg/ml,MIC90 为 5 .6 μg/ml,10 8μg/ml,2 0 8μg/ml。 结论　左氟沙星的体外抗菌活性较氯霉素、红霉素强 ,氯霉素的体外抗菌活性较红霉素强
Objective To offer the scientific data for research and development of anti-infective dosage form.Methods To test the sensibility of 186 lines of 6 classes bacteria isolated in clinic, to levofloxacin, chloramphenicol and erythromycin. Results MIC range of levofloxacin, chloramphenicol and erythromycin was 0.0625～8.0 μg/ml, 0.125～128 μg/ml,0.125～256 μg/ml; MIC 50 was 0.52μg/ml, 26 μg/ml, 98 μg/ml; MIC 90 was 5.6μg/ml, 108 μg/ml, 208 μg/ml, respectively.Conclusion The in vitro antibacterial effects of levofioxacin is more potent than that of chloramphemcol and erythromycm, The in vitro antibacterial effects of chloramphenicol is more potent than that of crythromycin.
