摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨灯盏细辛注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法通过检索1994~2007年国内公开发表的医学期刊报道应用灯盏细辛注射液致不良反应案例,并进行统计分析。结果灯盏细辛注射液所致不良反应中,男性多于女性,并在高年龄组发生率较高,且多在再次或反复数次用药后发生。不良反应临床表现多种多样,主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论临床医师、药师应了解灯盏细辛注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the general pattern and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) associated with Erigeron injection in order to guide rational drug usage. Methods ADR to Erigeron injection in 43 case, reported in domestic medical journals from 1994~2007, were collected and analyzed. Results ADRs of Erigeron Injection reported more cases in males than in females, and often occurred in aged group. The onset of ADRs was usually with a second time or repeated injection. The clinical manifestation of ADR were varying, of which the allergic reaction was commonest one including anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADRs, and the use of Erigeron injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious ADRs.
