摘要(Abstract)：

目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定格列齐特片(Ⅱ)中格列齐特含量的方法。方法选用Inertsil C8(35μm,150×4.6 mm)为分析柱;229 nm为检测波长;柱温为35℃;甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸(62∶38)为流动相;流速为1.0 m l/m in。结果格列齐特的保留时间为8.37 m in,在22.20~138.75μg/m l的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991)。平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.64%;供试品溶液在24 h内稳定。结论该方法精密度好,准确度高,简单易行。
Objective To develop a method of HPLC for determination of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets(Ⅱ).Method The HPLC system is consisted of a Inertsil C_8(35 μm,50×4.6 mm)column at 35 ℃ and the UV-vis detective wave length 229 nm.the mobile phase was composed of Methanol-0.2% Acetic Acid Glacial(62∶38),and the flowing rate was 1.0 ml/min.Result The retention time of GZ is 8.37 min respectively.for GZ,the linear relationship within the range of 22.20~138.75 μg/ml(r=0.9991),the average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 0.64%.Sample solution can keep stable in 24 hours.Conclusion The developed method was demonstrated to be simple,fast and sensitive,thus suitable for the analysis of Gliclazide in Gliclazide Tablets(Ⅱ).
