摘要(Abstract)：
目的 测定肝康胶囊中大黄素与大黄酚的含量。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1％高氯酸溶液(80:20)为流动相,Lichrospher R 100(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果 大黄素、大黄酚分别在20.16～100.80ng及34.56～172.80ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.58％及98.91％,RSD为1.35％及1.06％。结论 方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于肝康胶囊中大黄素与大黄酚的含量测定。
Objective To develop RP-HPLC method for the assay of emodin and chrysophanol in Gankang Capsules. Methods Separation was performed on a Lichrospher R 100 (4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 um) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 1% perchloric acid (80 :20). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection was set at 254 nm. Results Emodin and chrysophanol had a good linear in the range of 20. 16 - 100. 80 ng and 34. 56 ~ 172. 80 ng. The average recovery of emodin and chrysophanol were 98.58% and 98.91% with RSD 1.35% and 1.06%. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and rapid for determination of Gankang Capsules.
