摘要(Abstract)：

目的开展灾害脆弱性分析,指导医院药学应急管理质量持续改进。方法通过KAISER模型的风险评估矩阵对医院药学部门面临的各种潜在危害加以识别,进行风险评估和排序,明确应对重点。结果通过灾害脆弱性分析,明确药学部门需要优先应对的是临床必需药品供应短缺、严重药品不良反应或药害事件、信息系统故障、电力故障、发药出门差错事件等15个风险事件,并应用于医院药学应急管理持续改进,取得良好的效果。结论灾害脆弱性分析是药学部门识别风险和降低风险的重要依据,方法科学、简便、有效,适用各级医院药学部门在应急管理工作中推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To analyze disaster vulnerability,so as to guide the quality continuous improvement of emergency management on hospital pharmacy. METHODS The potential hazards were identified by risk assessment matrix of Kaiser model,and the risks were evaluated and classified,the priority of responses were made clear. RESULTS Through the disaster vulnerability analysis,the pharmacy department make responses by prioritizing 15 risk events,such as short supply in essential drugs of clinical,serious adverse drug reactions( ADR) or the events of ADR,system failure on information,electricity interruption,drug dispensing mistakes and so on,and it also obtains the good effect from the quality continuous improvement of emergency management on hospital pharmacy. CONCLUSION Disaster vulnerability analysis is scientific,simple and effective,it 's an important basis for the department of pharmacy to identify and reduce the risk. It applies to hospital pharmacy,and should be widely promoted in emergency management.
