簕欓根不同提取物镇痛抗炎作用的研究
Experimental Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Different Extracts from Radix Zanthoxylum avicenna Extracts

摘要(Abstract):

目的研究簕欓根不同提取物的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法用热板法、醋酸致痛扭体法考察其镇痛作用;采用蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管炎症,研究其抗急性炎症作用,采用棉球肉芽肿实验研究抑制慢性炎症的作用。结果与模型组比较,水提取物组、正丁醇提取物组均能显著提高热板致痛的痛阈值(P<0.01),减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),显著抑制蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05),抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管透性增高(P<0.05),抑制棉球所致肉芽肿(P<0.05),且水提取物组与正丁醇提取物组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论簕欓根水提取物、正丁醇提取物具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of radix Zanthoxylum avicenna extracts.METHODS The analgesic effects were observed by hot plate and acetic acid writhing test. Anti-inflammatory effect were observed by mouse abdominal cavity capillary permeability increase test induced by acetic acid,mouse auricle swelling test induced by egg white,mouse pedal swelling test induced by cotton granuloma test. RESULTS Compared to model group,the water and n-butyl alcohol extract significantly increased the pain threshold( P<0.01),inhibited paw edema caused by egg white( P<0.05),reduced the effects of acetic acid in mice celiac capillary permeability( P < 0. 05),and decreased the granuloma of mice( P < 0. 05). These effects were comparable between water and n-butyl alcohol extract( P > 0.05). CONCLUSION Both water and n-butyl alcohol extracts of radix Zanthoxylum avicenna have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
