摘要(Abstract):
描述了泰国海底椰的商品性状 ,以氨基酸分析仪分析了它的氨基酸有 17种 ,及各种的含量 ,氨基酸总含量为 3.78%。
To describe the commodity character of Thailand Hai Di Ye(The seed of Borassus flabellifer L.) The Thailand Hai Di Ye was analysed for amino acid kind and amounts with amino acid analyser.It was found that thare are 17 kinds of amino acid in it.The total amounts of amino acid were 3.78%.
