门诊口服降糖药的处方分析Analysis of Oral Hypoglycemic Drug Prescription in Out-patient

摘要(Abstract)：
目的调查门诊糖尿病患者口服降糖药物的应用情况。方法随机抽取含有口服降糖药的门诊处方,对口服降糖类药物的品种、数量及其合理性进行统计分析。结果单用口服降糖药物占39.4%,口服降糖药的联用率占60.6%,其中两联用药占39.2%,三联用药占17.4%,四联用药占4.0%,常用的口服降糖药物有促胰岛素分泌剂(磺酰脲类和格列奈类)、双胍类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和胰岛素增敏剂(噻唑烷二酮类)。结论依据各类口服降糖药物的作用机制和不同特点比较该院口服降糖药物的应用是较合理的。
Objective To investigate the application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the out-patient. Methods The clinic prescriptions that contained oral hypoglycemic drugs were randomly collected from Jan. to Feb.2008. The category,quantity,and rationality of oral hypoglycemic drugs were statistically analyzed. Results The rate of single usage of oral hypoglycemic agents was 39.4 %. The rate of combination with other agents was 60.6%,of which 2 agents was 39.2%,3 agents was 17.4%,4 agents was 4.0%. The most commonly used 4 agents were insulin secretion (sulfonylurea and nateglinide),biguanides,α-glucosidase inhibitor,and insulin-sensitizing agent (Thiazolidinediones ketone). Conclusion According to the different characteristics of the various mechanisms and the role of oral hypoglycemic drugs,the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the hospital is reasonable.
