摘要(Abstract)：
目的 了解我院1996年与2001年降糖药的使用情况及变化。方法 对我院1996年与2001年的住院糖尿病人及用药情况,对其主要品种、数量、金额、总用药频率(DDDs)等进行对比分析。结果 2001年与1996年相比.我院Ⅱ型糖尿病住院人数增长了112.2％;与此同时,DDDs增长了118.3％,而口服降糖药的年用药金额却增长了2.66倍;在前6个DDDs中,格列苯脲与格列齐特有所下降,而格列吡嗪与阿卡波糖是增长最快的2个品种。结论 用DDDs统计比较符合临床实际用药情况;磺酰脲类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂与双胍类仍是当前主要的口服降糖药,但一些高效、安全的降糖药越来越受医生的欢迎。
Objective To get the clear idea about the current situation and future trend of the use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital. Methods By the methods of the order of DDDs and the sum of money, the hypoglycemic drugs used in 1996 and 2001 were analyzed. Results In 2001 while the inpatients of diabetes was increased by 112.2% , the sum of money was increased 2.66 times, and DDDs was increased by 118.3% in compatison with that in 1996. Conclusions DDDs is more suitable than the sum of money in learning of the clinic use of the drugs, and doctors are like to use some drugs with high effect and safety.
