TOPSIS模型在猴耳环质量评价中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

目的采用TOPSIS综合评分法进行猴耳环药材质量评价研究。方法采用HPLC法测定猴耳环药材中没食子酸、槲皮苷的含量,并作为评价性指标,建立TOPSIS模型,利用最优解的欧氏贴近度(综合评分Ci)评价猴耳环药材质量,并结合猴耳环药材性状、采收月份、产地等因素进行整体分析。结果不同产地猴耳环比较广州栽培基地质量最佳,7月份为最佳采收期,药材叶偏绿色,粗茎枝比例小于9%时综合评分高。结论本试验构建的猴耳环药材质量评价体系,旨在为中药质量研究方面的应用提供思路和经验借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To comprehensively evaluate the Pithecellobium Clypearia quality by TOPSIS model. METHODS The content of gallic acid and quercitrin,were detected by HPLC method and were used as evaluation index. The TOPSIS model was established to synthetically evaluate the quality of Pithecellobium Clypearia was by Euclid closeness degree,which was combined with the factors of harvest period,different habitats and performance to make a further overall analysis. RESULTS The best habitats for Pithecellobium Clypearia was the Guangzhou herbs plantation. The best harvest period of Pithecellobium Clypearia was in July. Then the leaves should be kept green and the thick branches should be reduced as much as possible when harvested. CONCLUSION Constructing an objective and reliable system for evaluating the quality of Pithecellobium Clypearia provides a way to guide and apply to traditional Chinese medicine quality valuation.
