摘要(Abstract)：
目的 制订高良姜的出口质量标准。方法 用气相色谱法鉴定α -蒎烯、桉油精 ;用气相色谱法测定α -蒎烯的含量。结果 平均回收率为 99% ,相关系数为 0 .9997,定性、定量方法简便 ,准确 ,专属性强。结论 建立的方法可更有效控制高良姜的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standards for Gaoliangjiang.Methods α-Pinene and Eucalyptil in Gaoliangjiang were indentified by GC.The content of α-Pinene in Gaoliangjiang was determined by GC with an average recovery of 99% and RSD of 1 70%( n=5) .Results These methods are simple and accurate with a strong specificity.Conclusion These methods can be used for the quality control of Gaoliangjiang.
