益生菌对根除幽门螺杆菌临床疗效的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)一种革兰阴性杆菌,可引起多种胃肠道疾病,主要定植在胃部。近年来在根除幽门螺杆菌治疗中抗生素耐药、根除率降低、不良反应增加等问题日渐凸显。益生菌(probiotics)制剂可提高幽门螺杆菌根除率、平衡胃肠道菌群和减少不良反应的作用逐渐受到关注。本文通过文献回顾,对近年来益生菌用于根除幽门螺杆菌治疗方案的研究进展进行综述。
