摘要(Abstract)：

目的 建立醋羟胺酸胶囊含量测定方法。方法 以0.1mol/L盐酸作溶剂,加2％三氯化铁盐酸溶液显色;紫外分光光度法测定,检测波长为502nm。结果 在20～80μg/ml浓度范围内吸收度与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990)。平均回收率为100.5％,RSD为1.28％(n=6)。结论 方法操作简便,快速,结果可靠。
Objective To establish a simple and easy analytical method for the determination of the content of Acelohydroxamic Acid Capsules. Methods Carry out the method for spectrophotometry, using 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution as solvent. After addition of 2% solution of ferric chloride in hydrochloric acid, measure the absorbance at 502 nm and calculate the content of acetohydrox-amic acid. Results A good linearity is found between absorbance and concentration of acetohydroxamin acid in the concentration range of 20 - 80 ug/ml ( r = 0. 9990) , with average percent recovery 100. 5% and RSD 1. 28% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is characterized by simple, easy, reliable and good repeatability.
