摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解不同临床药师对同一组社区获得性肺炎患者抗菌药物专项点评的差异。方法采取回顾性调查方法,随机抽取本院呼吸内科2013-01~06期间50例社区获得性肺炎患者,由本院不同工作年限、职称和学历的临床药师和不同级别医院的临床药师对其抗菌药物合理用药情况进行评价和统计分析。结果不同临床药师对同一组社区获得性肺炎患者抗菌药物使用合理性专项点评的差异主要表现在:1工作3年以上和工作1年存在显著性差异;2中高级和初级存在统计学差异;3不同学历的药师存在统计学差异;4二、三甲医院和一甲医院临床药师存在统计学差异;5差异主要体现在药物选择、给药疗程和总的用药合理性评价方面。结论临床药师由于职称、学历、工作年限、所在医院等不同对同样的患者抗菌药物使用情况的评价存在较大的差异。
OBJECTIVE To understand the differences of different clinical pharmacists' evaluation in antibiotics used for the same set of patients with community acquired pneumonia. METHODS A total of 50 cases of community acquired pneumonia were randomly selected from the Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine of a hospital from January to June,2009,and the rational use of drugs was analyzed by clinical pharmacists with different work seniority,professional title and education background as well as clinical pharmacists from hospital of different levels. RESULTS The differences of different clinical pharmacists' evaluation in antibiotics used for the same set of patients with community acquired pneumonia lay in: 1 There was significant difference in the evaluation of clinical pharmacists with a working experience of more than 3 years and that of 1 year; 2 There were statistical differences in the evaluation of clinical pharmacists with senior and junior job title; 3Statistical differences could be found in evaluation of pharmacists with different education background; 4There were statistical differences in evaluation of pharmacists from hospital of different level; 5The differences were mainly reflected in drug selection,drug treatment course and total reasonable application of antimicrobial drugs.CONCLUSION Large differences exist in evaluation of clinical pharmacists on antibiotics drugs with the same patients of communityacquired pneumonia because of the differences in their professional title,education background,work seniority and different levels of hospitals they work for.
