摘要(Abstract):
目的建立液相色谱方法,同时测定吐泻肚痛胶囊中的木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量。方法液相色谱条件:Diamonsil Plus C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),柱温:30℃;检测波长230 nm;流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35);流速:1.0 mL·min(-1);进样量:10μL。结果 4种成分在各自线性范围内关系良好(r(-1);进样量:10μL。结果 4种成分在各自线性范围内关系良好(r2≥0.999),平均加样回收率97.82%~99.74%,RSD为0.65%~1.08%。结论本文所建立的方法可靠方便,专属性强,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a liquid chromatography method to simultaneously determine the content of costanolide, dehydrocostusrolactone, honokiol and magnolol in Tuxiedutong capsules. METHODS HPLC conditions were as follow: Diamonsil Plus C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Column temperature: 30 ℃. Detection wavelength 230 nm. Mobile phase: methanol-water(65∶35). Flow rate: 1.0 mL·min2≥0.999),平均加样回收率97.82%~99.74%,RSD为0.65%~1.08%。结论本文所建立的方法可靠方便,专属性强,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

CONCLUSION The method established in this article is reliable, convenient, and specific, and can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
