摘要(Abstract)：
目的为规范肝吸虫病患者的驱虫药物治疗提供参考。方法调查2003～2011年顺德区两家医院肝吸虫病患者住院期间使用驱虫药物的情况,并进行统计分析。结果 291例次患者诊断为肝吸虫病,涉及282人,其中男性219例,女性63例;以40 a以上中老年人为主。41.5%的患者接受了吡喹酮或阿苯达唑治疗,驱虫药正确使用率为53.8%。结论肝吸虫病患者需尽早正确服用药物。
Objective To investigate the drugs usage of inpatients with clonorchiasis,so as to provide the reference for the clinic.Methods The usage of anthelmintic drugs of inpatients with clonorchiasis in 2 hospitals of Shunde district Fushan city from 2003 to 2011 were investigated and analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 291 prescriptions were investigated,which including 219 males and 63 females.41.5% of the prescription patients received treatment of albendazole and praziquantel respectively,and only 53.8% of these cases took medicine correctly.Conclusion The survey showed that[0] patients with clonorchiasis must take medicine rationally as early as possible.
