摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨临床药师在糖尿病防治体系中的作用。方法对佛山市顺德区145例注射胰岛素糖尿病患者,采取随机对照的实验方法,进行为期1年的干预,实验组由临床药师、医生、护士组成,对照组由医生和护士组成。结果实验组的患者自我管理水平、用药依从性及低血糖发生率较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);血糖监测频率及胰岛素剂量调整频率显著增加(P<0.01);血糖、血脂控制显著改善(P<0.01);肾功能及BMI指数与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论与对照组相比,临床药师参与的团队能够更好地改善注射胰岛素糖尿病患者的行为习惯,减少低血糖的发生,血糖及血脂控制得更好,临床药师在糖尿病的治疗团队里起积极作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in diabetes prevention and control system. METHODS Adopts the method of randomized controlled experiment,chose 145 patients with diabetes were injected with insulin in Shunde district of Foshan city,and were intervened for a year. The experimental group was intervened by the team of clinical pharmacists,doctors and nurses. And the control group was intervened by the team of doctors and nurses. RESULTS After the intervention,the patient's selfmanagement,medication compliance and the incidence of hypoglycemia improved obviously( P < 0. 05). The frequency of blood glucose monitoring and insulin dose adjustment frequency increased greatly( P < 0. 01). Blood sugar,blood lipid control improved significantly. The renal function and BMI index had no obvious differences with the control group( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSION Compared with the ordinary intervention team,the team of clinical pharmacists can better improve the behavior of patients with diabetic,reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia,blood glucose and lipids can be better controlled. The clinical pharmacist plays a positive role in the treatment team of diabetes.
