摘要(Abstract)：

目的评价莫西沙星联合金砂五淋丸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎患者的疗效。方法 190例女性非淋菌性尿道炎患者,平均分成实验组和对照组。实验组口服盐酸莫西沙星片400 mg,qd,金砂五淋丸1袋,tid。对照组口服左氧氟沙星片200 mg,bid,疗程均为14 d。结果实验组和对照组有效率分别为96.84%和78.95%,转阴率分别为90.48%和65.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率实验组和对照组分别为5.26%和7.37%(P>0.05)。结论莫西沙星联合金砂五淋丸治疗非淋菌性尿道炎患者,疗效确切,转阴率高,而且不良反应轻微,具有重要的临床意义。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of moxifloxacin combined with Jinsha Wulin pill in the treatment of patients with nongonococcal urethritis. METHODS A total of 190 cases of female nongonococcal urethritis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients of the treatment group were given oral moxifloxacin( 400 mg,qd) and Jinsha Wulin pill( 1bag,tid). Patients of the control group were treated with oral levofloxacin( 200 mg,bid) only. The treatment lasted for 14 d.RESULTS Patients of the treatment group achieved a cure rate of 90. 48% and the total effective rate was 96. 84%,which were markedly higher than those of the control group,65. 00% and 78. 95%,respectively. There existed significant difference between the 2groups( P<0. 05). The adverse reaction rate in patients of the treatment group was 5. 26%,and that of the control group was 7. 37%( P> 0. 05). CONCLUSION Moxifloxacin combined with Jinsha Wulin pill has marked therapeutic effects on nongonococcal urethritis patients,and the adverse reactions were mild,which has important clinical significance.
