利奈唑胺应用于神经外科术后颅内感染研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

神经外科术后颅内感染是神经外科领域严重的并发症之一,与围手术期死亡率直接相关,严重影响患者的预后。利奈唑胺可以覆盖神经外科术后颅内感染常见致病菌,能透过血脑屏障,在治疗神经外科术后颅内感染中有较好的临床疗效。本文综述了利奈唑胺用于神经外科术后颅内感染的研究进展,重点对神经外科术后颅内感染病原学特点,利奈唑胺的作用机制及药代动力学特点、不良反应、及在特殊人群中的应用等方面进行综述,为利奈唑胺在神经外科术后颅内感染的合理应用提供参考。
Post-neurosurgical intracranial infection is one of the serious complications in the field of neurosurgery,which is directly related to perioperative mortality and seriously affects the prognosis of patients. Linezolid covers most of the common pathogenic bacteria of post-neurosurgical intracranial infection,and passes through the blood-brain barrier,having a good clinical effect in the treatment of post-neurosurgical intracranial infection. This article aims at summarizing the advances in the application of linezolid in postneurosurgical intracranial infection,focusing on the etiology of post-neurosurgical intracranial infection,mechanism and pharmacokinetic characteristics of linezolid,its adverse reactions,and its application in special population,providing reference for rational application of linezolid in post-neurosurgical intracranial infection.
