临床药师参与神经外科抗感染治疗的效果评价Effect Evaluation of Clinical Pharmacist Participating in Anti-infection Treatment of Neurosurgery

摘要(Abstract)：
目的评价临床药师在抗感染治疗中的作用。方法对临床药师在神经外科进行药学监护的感染性病例进行回顾性分析。结果本院临床药师参与了103例患者的抗感染治疗方案制定或药学监护,药学意见采纳率90.3%,有效率92.5%,取得明显疗效。结论临床药师通过在神经外科开展抗感染治疗药学监护,协助临床医生合理选择药物,制订个体化给药方案,提高了临床应用抗菌药物的安全性和有效性,并体现了临床药师在临床药物治疗中的作用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect in the anti-infection treatment by clinical pharmacists. METHODS Retrospectively summarize the cases of refractory infection which clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to facilitate the treatment. RESULTS Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to anti-infection treatment of 103 cases,with adoption rate of90. 3% and the cure rate of 92. 5%,which achieved obvious therapeutic efficacy. CONCLUSION It is of importance and necessity to confirm the role of clinical pharmacists in the therapeutic process,whose work were mainly about rational drug selection and dosage regimen formulation on the basis of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics to obtain thorough therapeutic efficacy of drugs and avoid adverse drug reactions.
