摘要(Abstract)：
建立HPLC法测定苯妥英钠的含量。采用Agilent XDB-C18柱,以甲醇-水(60︰40)为流动相,检测波长为220nm。苯妥英钠在1.00～64.00μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.38%。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of Phenytoin Sodium. An Agilent XDB-C18 column was used, with methanol-water (60 ︰40) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 1.00~64.00 μg/ml. The average recovery was 98.5%, with RSD of 0.38%.
