头孢三嗪与头孢噻肟多中心随机开放对照试验治疗轻中度下呼吸道感染比较

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :比较头孢三嗪和头孢噻肟治疗下呼吸道轻中度感染的疗效和安全性。方法 :在广州、佛山 4所市级教学医院进行多中心、随机、开放、对照比较试验。头孢三嗪 (A组 ) 10 3例 ,1g ,qd ,静脉注射 ;头孢噻肟组 (B组 ) 97例 ,3g ,q8h ,静脉注射 ,疗程均为 7d。两组 2 0 0例患者 ,年龄 18～ 70岁。一般资料相似 (P >0 0 5)。结果 :两组临床疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,有效率分别为 80 6%、65 0 %。痰培养细菌阳性率分别为 4 1 7%、4 0 4 % ,细菌清除率分别为 80 9%、84 2 % ,两组在统计学上差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。A组未见有副反应报道 ,B组患者 1例肝功能损害 ,1例肾功能损害 ,1例出现皮疹 ,停药后均可恢复正常。结论 :在治疗下呼吸道轻中度感染中 ,1g头孢三嗪和 3g头孢噻肟都是安全有效的 ,疗效相仿 ,1周疗程基本足够。而头孢三嗪用药则较为方便
