制药技术的新进展
New Development of Pharmaceutical Technologies

摘要(Abstract):

目的发现和推广最新的制药技术。方法从医药文献和专利网络分析制药技术信息。结果确定五项创新的医药技术:口服蛋白质技术、大分子吸收促进剂、转晶技术、Raltegravir的绿色生产流程、免疫球蛋白的双靶点理论和多抗体大分子实体技术。结论这五项创新技术对制药业未来发展非常重要。
Objective To find and promote the new pharmaceutical technologies. Methods The information of the development of pharmaceutical technology from work-net was analyzed. Results A total of 5 new technologies were reviewed:orally therapeutic proteins,macromolecular absorption enhancers,solid complexes with ionic polymers,green process design of Raltegravir,and dual-variable domain immunoglobulin (DVD-Ig). Conclusion These 5 technologies are very important in the future of pharmaceutical industry.
