广东省“三甲”医院抗菌药物的使用状况Application of Antimicrobial Agents in 3A Grade Hospitals in Guangdong Province

摘要(Abstract)：
目的调查广东省"三甲"医院抗菌药物专项整治成效,旨在为卫生行政管理部门提供参考。方法通过广东省抗菌药物临床应用监测网,导出2013年粤东、粤西、粤北及珠三角地区17家三甲医院门诊和住院患者抗菌药物使用数据进行统计分析。结果门诊处方和住院患者的抗菌药物使用率分别为15.63%和49.59%;住院患者抗菌药物使用强度为50.6 DDDs/100人·天;Ⅰ类切口抗菌药预防使用率为51.54%,平均预防用药时间为:1.89 d;住院患者抗菌药物用药时间平均为5.01 d,平均用药品种数为1.52种。结论统计医院抗菌药物的大部分评价参数合理,但仍需强化抗菌药物的管理,以进一步提高临床合理用药水平。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of special regulation of antimicrobial agents used in 3A grade hospitals of Guangdong province,in order to provide references for health administration department. METHODS The data of antimicrobial agents used by outpatients and inpatients in 17 3A grade hospitals in eastern,western,northern and Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province in 2013 was exported from Guangdong Provincial Clinical Use of Antibiotics Monitoring Network and then was statistically analyzed.RESULTS The average rate of the antimicrobial agent prescriptions was 15.63% for the outpatients and 49.59% for the inpatients.The intensity of antimicrobial agents application was 50.6DDDs / 100persons·day. The antimicrobial agent application in inpatients was average 5.01 d and 1.52 species per patient. The perioperative usage rate of antimicrobial agents was 51.54% in classⅠsurgical incision operations,with average duration of 1. 89 d per patient. CONCLUSION The evaluation parameters of antimicrobial agents in most hospitals were reasonable. Although,the management of antimicrobial agents still needs to be strengthened to further improve the level of rational drug-use.
