摘要(Abstract)：

目的优化金莲花软胶囊制备工艺。方法通过对金莲花提取工艺和软胶囊的内容物处方及囊壳制备工艺进行研究,确定金莲花软胶囊制备工艺。结果提取工艺为金莲花加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h;制剂工艺为以大豆油为分散介质、6%蜂蜡为助悬剂制得内容物混悬液,囊壳的组成为明胶、甘油、水(2∶1∶2)及尼泊金乙酯。结论所制得的软胶囊工艺稳定,质量可控。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation technology of Jinlianhua soft capsule. METHODS Jinlianhua soft capsule preparation technology were ascertained through to study on extraction process,and the content of Jinlianhua soft capsule and capsule shell preparation technology. RESULTS The optimal extraction technology was 10 folds amount of water,2 times,1 h each time.With soybean oil as dispersing medium,6% beewax as suspending agent to prepare the content suspension. The capsule shell constitutions were as follows: gelatin,glycerin and water( the proportion was 2 ∶1 ∶2),and nipagin. CONCLUSION The preparation technology for Jinlianhua soft capsule is stable and the quality is controllable.
