摘要(Abstract)：

目的探究静脉药物配置中心配制新生儿静脉营养液流程。方法回顾性分析本院2014-01~12期间静脉药物配置中心配制本院儿科新生儿静脉营养液流程的具体操作方法,探讨静脉药物配置中心的应用价值。结果静脉药物配置中心流程包括8个方面,分别为1医师开出医嘱;2药师审核;3批次安排以及打印标签;4排药和药品核对;5药物配置及再次核对;6成品药物装箱处理;7药品送往病区;8病区的负责护士进行清点、核对、签收。结论静脉药物配置中心配置新生儿静脉营养液,减少了药物的损耗,提高了输液的质量,得到了广大患者的认可,为医院带来了巨大的经济效益。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preparation process of intravenous nutrient solution in pharmacy intravenous admixture services( PIVAS).METHODS The process of newborns vein nutrient solution in the hospital from 2014-01 to 12 was retrospectively analyzed. The application value of PIVAS was explored. RESULTS The process of intravenous drug distribution center included 8areas: 1 the physician given the doctor's advice; 2 pharmacist review; 3 batch arrangements and print labels; 4 drug dispensing and checking; 5 drug preparation and recheck; 6 prepared drug packing process; 7 drugs sent to the ward; 8 nurses inventory,check and sign for the drugs.CONCLUSION Configuration neonatal intravenous nutrient solution in PIVAS can reduce the loss of the drugs,and improve the quality of infusion,it brings huge benefits to the hospital.
