摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨口服超常剂量降压药治疗主动脉夹层并发高血压的临床疗效及安全性,分析超常剂量使用降压药的合理性。方法将57例主动脉夹层合并高血压患者根据是否按推荐剂量使用降压药分为常规剂量组和超常剂量组,记录2组患者入院前后的血压、心率及药物不良反应情况。结果常规剂量组和超常剂量组患者经治疗后,血压、心率均有明显程度的降低,2组比较无统计学差异;2组患者发生的不良反应情况相似。结论住院期间使用超常剂量降压药治疗主动脉夹层并发高血压是有效安全的;超常剂量组降压药物剂量大、联用较多,长期使用安全性仍有待观察,应做好患者的知情同意和教育。
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of oral extraordinary amounts of antihypertensive drugs for treatment of aortic dissection complicated with hypertension,analyze the rationality of extraordinary amounts of antihypertensive drugs taken orally.METHODS A total of 57 cases of aortic dissection with hypertension patients were divided into routine dose group and abnormal dose group according to whether or not they had followed the recommended dosage of antihypertensive drugs. The blood pressure,heart rate and adverse reaction conditions before and after admission in patients of both groups were recorded. RESULTS Blood pressure and heart rate were reduced obviously in patients of both routine dose group and abnormal dose group patients after treated with antihypertensive drugs,and with no significant difference. The adverse reactions occurred in two groups were similar.CONCLUSION Using extraordinary amounts of antihypertensive drugs in treatment of patients with aortic dissection complicated with hypertension is safe and effective. But the security of its long-term application is still not clear,the patients informed consent should be prepared and medication education is needed.
