不同产地陈皮挥发油的对比分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨新会陈皮与其他地区陈皮挥发油成分的差异。方法用GC/MS分析不同产地陈皮挥发油的成分和含量。结果不同产地陈皮挥发油都含有柠檬烯主成分,但新会陈皮存在一个含量较高的2-甲氨基-苯甲酸甲酯成分。结论新会陈皮挥发油的特有成分,将其显著地与其他产地陈皮区分开来,为新会陈皮的鉴别提供了重要依据。
Objective To investigate the difference of the volatile of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae between Xinhui and other areas.Methods The components and contents of the Volatile of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different areas were analyzed by GC/MS.Results The limonene is the common component in every sample,but additional higher content of 2-methyaminomethyester-benzoic acid was only found in the volatile sample from Xinhui.Conclusion The 2-methyaminomethyester-benzoic acid may become the important characteristic ingredient to distinguish Xinhui Chenpi from that of other areas.
