摘要(Abstract)：
用高效液相色谱法对小柴胡片中的黄芩苷进行含量测定 ,采用Shimpack -C18柱 ,以磷酸二氢铵溶液 -甲醇为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 78nm ,对照品在 1.6 0 8～ 8.0 40 μg/ml内呈线性关系 ,r =0 .9998,加样回收率平均为 99.2 % ,平均RSD =0 .9%。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiao Chai Hu tablets.Method:The reversed C 18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of buffer NH 4H 2PO 4(pH3.0)-Methanol(40:60).The detective wave range was 278nm,Results:The linear range was from 1.608～8.040μg/ml,r=0.9998,the mean recovery was 99.2%,with RSD=0.9%.Conclusions:The method can be used in the determination of baicalin in Xiao Chai Hu tablets.
