摘要(Abstract)：
目的 制定脾胃康胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法及HPLC法对脾胃康胶囊中的蜂皇幼虫进行定性鉴别、含量测定。结果 尿苷在 0 .0 51 2～ 0 .3584μg范围内线性良好 ,加样回收率为 1 0 0 .2 % ,RSD为 3 .0 %。 结论 采用高效液相色谱法对脾胃康胶囊进行含量测定 ,用薄层色谱法对蜂皇幼虫进行定性鉴别 ,可有效控制本品的质量
Objective To establish the quality criterion of Piweikang capsules. Methods The character of bee sovereign in Piweikang capsules was tested by TLC, and the urine glycoside content of bee sovereign in Piweikang capsules was determined by HPLC. Results The urine glycoside had good linearity in the concentration of 0.0512～0.3584μg, and the callback rate was 100.2%,RSD was 3 0%. Conclusion The quality of Piweikang capsule could be effectively controlled by TLC and HPLC.
