铝离子蛇葡萄素体系荧光特性研究Studies on Fluorescent characteristics of Al~(3+)-Ampelopsin System

摘要(Abstract):
目的建立蛇葡萄素的荧光分析方法。方法研究了铝离子与蛇葡萄素络合体系在不同条件下的荧光光谱特性。结果铝离子与蛇葡萄素以1∶2的配位比络合,在无水乙醇中具有较强的荧光,激发波长和发射波长分别为442nm和502nm,络合物的稳定常数为4.226×1010L2/mol2。结论通过该体系可建立一种快速、高选择性和高灵敏度测定蛇葡萄素的新方法。
Objective To establish a new fluorometric method for determination of ampelopsin. Methods The fluorescence properties of the Al(Ⅲ) ligand ampelopsin system have been studied in different condition. Results Strong fluorescence intensity of the system has been discovered in less polar solvents and λex=442 nm,λem=502 nm.By determining with the method of equivalent molarity,the coordination ratio of complex was 1∶2,and the stability constant was 4.226×1010 L2/mol2. Conclution A new fluorescence analytical method for determination of ampelopsin has been established. The method was quick,high selectivity and sensitivity.
