3种不同培养基蛹虫草甾醇类成分比较分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的比较桑蚕蛹虫草、柞蚕蛹虫草和蛹虫草子实体中甾醇类成分的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)联用蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)法,色谱柱为Agilent SB C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为水和0.005%甲酸-甲醇溶液,梯度洗脱。结果麦角甾醇的含量依次为蛹虫草子实体>桑蚕蛹虫草>柞蚕蛹虫草;胆甾醇和谷甾醇仅能在桑蚕蛹虫草和柞蚕蛹虫草中被检测到,在蛹虫草子实体中未被检出。结论 3种不同培养基培养的蛹虫草产品中甾醇的种类和含量均存在差异,该研究为不同来源蛹虫草的质量控制、合理用药和综合开发提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of sterols compounds in silkworm C. militaris,oak silkworm C. militaris and C. militaris fruiting body. METHODS A HPLC-ELSD method for the analysis of sterols compounds was developed. Agilent SB C_(18) column( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used. Gradient elution buffer consisted of water and methanol( 0. 005% formic acid).RESULTS The contents of ergosterol were C. militaris fruiting body ﹥ silkworm C. militaris>oak silkworm C. militaris. Cholesterol and sitosterol were detected in the silkworm C. militaris and oak silkworm C. militaris,but not in the C. militaris fruiting body.CONCLUSION The contents of sterols in three different type of C. militaris are varied. The result of this research is helpful for the quality control,rational use and comprehensive development of C. militaris.
